Recently, I’ve been accused of being racist, and not a Christian. My crime? Not liking Meghan Markle. I firmly believe that she is fake. She’s a manipulative, lying, conniving woman, that I once thought highly of. For some people, they can’t see past race, so if you don’t like someone who is even remotely black, it’s because you’re a racist. Some people are terrible at being objective. So let me tell you a few things about racism, Christianity, and me.

It’s not racist not to like someone, and to speak up about it. I cannot stand Bill Cosby, and it’s not because he’s black. It’s because he’s an evil man who likes to drug and rape women. I grew up watching him, and listening to his stand up. I adored him, until I found out the truth. I don’t like Jennifer Aniston, and she’s white! She removed people from her life if they didn’t get the Covid vaccine. To me that says, she loves conditionally, and that is an awful thing. There are many reasons not to like people, and most people never factor in race. It’s a weak argument, and a tiresome one.

Because I don’t support Meghan on her business ventures, and I know she won’t succeed, I was called a child of Satan, as well. Let’s get this straight, I don’t have to like fake, manipulative people. I don’t have to support liars, it isn’t asked of me. I’m called to love my fellow brothers and sisters, but what if some of them sold their souls for prestige and money. What if they worship false gods? I believe that I can speak up. I’m allowed to not like, not tolerate fake people. It isn’t satanic. I’m not wishing evil on them.

I can’t be racist. It just isn’t a part of who I am. I believe in God, and God made one race, the human race. He made us all to look different, He created us uniquely, beautifully, in His image. I also wasn’t brought up to think other races were beneath me. I was raised right. To look at a person’s character, look at their heart, their soul. And lastly, not a single person knows my race. Including me. So, if nothing else, maybe don’t accuse someone of being racist when you don’t even know their race. It’s pretty ignorant.
